We deliver only natural fresh ingredients to you without adding further preservative. Dry ingredient should last up to a month if well kept in dry and room temperature environment. Please keep the fresh / wet ingredients (exp: cream cheese, whipping cream, butter, chocolate, etc) in the fridge and thaw for 1 hour before use. Always check the expiry date printed.
We don't encourage you to buy our pre-packed ingredient to keep for long. We deliver it to your door-step in less than 24 hrs upon placing order. So pick what you want for the coming weekend and have fun baking or cooking with your love ones!
What do I need to prepare before baking / cooking?
Take a look at the video prepared for you for each of our recipe. You will know what you need. In some packing, it even comes with disposable aluminium cake mold. With the ingredients well labelled, video flow well sequenced, and recipe clearly displayed, anyone be a chef! It's just a piece of cake. ;)
What can I do if part of the ingredients found missing, spoiled, or packaging damaged upon delivery?
We make sure that ingredients are fresh and only packed 1-2 days before delivery. If found incomplete or damaged, snap a photo and contact us and we will give you a replacement Free of Charge.
How long can the food last after cooking / baking?
Like any other freshly cooked food, it should be consume within the same day. Cakes and pastry should last 1-2 days but quality will definitely drop if kept for over 2 days.
How long does it take to finish cooking / baking the purchased product?
Estimated preparation and cooking time will be printed on the recipe. But it may take longer for beginners ;)

How long will my order take to arrive?
You will receive your order within 24 Hours.
What is the shipping fees?
- FREE delivery for all orders of RM100 and above.
- RM7 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100.
Currently we do deliver within Penang Island and certain area in Butterworth by utilising third party services. Please stay tuned as we expand our delivery coverage area.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or defect item?
Please snap a photo of the defect product then email or whatsapp to our customer service email@example.com (+6016 496 9335). Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem with you.
How do I make payment?
Click Checkout and it will lead you to our payment Gateway. You can pay through any online e-debit account like Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, etc. Else, you may choose Cash On Delivery service.
Can i use Credit Card to make my purchase?
Not for the time being. We believe the online e-debit options as mentioned above are equally convenient. We apologise for not being able to provide any credit card service for now.
What if the payment Gateway couldn't load?
